The TPS3808G01DBVT is part of a family of microprocessor supervisory circuits, designed to effectively monitor system voltages across a wide range of 0.4 V to 5 V. This intelligent device is capable of asserting an open-drain RESET signal when the SENSE voltage drops below a predetermined threshold or when the manual reset (MR) pin falls to a logic low. Moreover, the RESET output remains low for a user-adjustable delay time after the SENSE voltage and manual reset (MR) return above their respective thresholds. With the utilization of a precision reference, the TPS3808G01DBVT achieves an impressive threshold accuracy of 0.5% for VIT ≤ 3.3 V. Its reset delay time can be conveniently set to 20 ms by disconnecting the CT pin, 300 ms by connecting the CT pin to VDD using a resistor, or can be adjusted between 1.25 ms and 10 s by connecting the CT pin to an external capacitor. Furthermore, the device impressively boasts a very low typical quiescent current of 2.4 µA, making it well-suited for various battery-powered applications. Available in the SOT-23 and 2-mm × 2-mm WSON packages, the TPS3808G01DBVT is fully specified over a temperature range of –40°C to 125°C (TJ), ensuring its reliability and adaptability in diverse operating environments
