How to modify the dual power op amp circuit so that the output can be used for the single-chip ADC?

As shown in the figure above, if the input voltage is DC voltage, the voltage range is -0.5~+2.5V.

I would like to ask you, how to modify the circuit so that the output can be used for the single-chip ADC?

R391/C192 at the non-inverting end should not be connected to GND, instead it should be connected to a reference voltage >0.5V.

And the power supply of the op amp does not need a full double power supply, just use the same voltage as the single chip.

I have used the typical circuit of op amp addition and subtraction, but now I have forgotten, you go to check the book of analog electronics.

It cannot be the same voltage as the MCU, and the input has a common mode voltage of 1.29. Add a voltage >0.5 at the non-inverting end. Can this voltage be increased by 3V?
