That’s the basic device. Resistors RB1 and RB2 are load resistors for capacitor discharge. The others are voltage divider network and current limiting. TL341 is a voltage regulator module with two transistors as switches. When the voltage is lower than 2.64V, TL341 No conduction, at this time the transistor QB1 B pole is not conducting, and the entire load network does not work. When the voltage exceeds 2.64V, TL341 turns on, pulling the B pole potential of QB1 low, and then turning on the LED to emit light while QB2 is on. The load network starts to consume power, and the entire circuit is to ensure that the capacitor voltage is stable at 2.64V

In fact, it is a charging and voltage equalization circuit. When charging, in order to ensure that each capacitor in the series can be fully charged and the voltage is the same, because the difference in capacitance causes the time to fully charge each capacitor is definitely not the same, so when a capacitor is fully charged The latter circuit is equivalent to short-circuiting the capacitor to allow the charging current to charge the capacitor below. This principle should be the same as the series voltage equalization circuit of lithium batteries.
