Using PWM to control a DC motor (brushed) wants to control the motor down to 1r/min. I wonder if it is feasible? (When the motor is directly energized, 100r/min 24V 25W).
The current experimental result is 12R/min at 20KHZ 68%.
First time production, I would like to ask:
1. Can ordinary DC motors achieve 1r/min?
2. How to calculate the minimum speed of the motor? (Formula or data).
3. Under PWM control speed, how much torque drops at low speed?
Please help to answer. Thank you! ! ! !

1. At such a low speed, the coil is easy to burn, I know that the ultrasonic motor can be very low speed.
2. The speed is measured by a motor such as a rotary encoder or a code disc.
3. There is a torque calculation formula, but you can't remember it. Check the information.

Low speed, high power consumption, large current

Make a speed test, the lowest speed is up to you
